    We want you to be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return the item(s) by submitting a Return Request online. To do so, please select ‘Request Return’ at the bottom of our website under the ‘Information’ tab. Once received, you will receive an email confirming your request and will be sent a pre-paid return label. Orders placed online must be returned to according to the guidelines and instructions below.

    *Please note that we will only accept returns or exchanges for items bought online at Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned/exchanged to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

    For a return or exchange, please follow the guidelines below:

    • - Unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise with original tags attached, may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, or an exchange for store credit.
    • - Merchandise returned after the 14 day period will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your total at the time of your return. Any items returned after the 14 day period are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Exchanges and online store credit will only be issued within 30 days of delivery.
    • - Note that if the item(s) returned, DO NOT have original tags or are soiled/damaged NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be applied.
    • - E-gift cards are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cash value.
    • - If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

    To start the return process, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Request for an RMA# here or email us at with your order number.

    2. Once your return request is received, a pre-paid return label will be sent to your email.

    3. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible and include the RMA slip in the box.

    4. Attach the pre-paid return label on top of the package and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.

    6. Your refund/credit will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

    Once the merchandise has been returned in its original condition, your refund/credit will be processed within 7 business days. If a refund is due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

    The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they receive the information from us.

    Final approval on all returns and exchanges will be made solely at our discretion.

    • - Store Credit can only be used on our website,
    • - Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
    • - Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you were given “store credit.”
    • - Store Credit may NOT be used to purchase gift cards.
    • - Any purchase amount that exceeds the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
    • - Store Credit never expires.
    • - Store Credit is provided in U.S. currency

    Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner CrossBorder in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
