    What is your US return/exchange policy?

    We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise (original tags attached) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Merchandise returned after 14 days will only be refunded in the form of an online store credit. Exchanges and online store credit will only be issued within 30 days of delivery. The value of the refund is determined by the retail price of when it was purchased.


    Gift cards are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cash value.

    Please note: We will only accept a return or exchange for items bought online at Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

    We will refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent, or if the item sent was defective.

    What is your international return/exchange policy?

    Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner CrossBorder in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Our stores do not accept returns for online orders. Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.     How do I request a return/exchange and where do I ship it?

    1. Request for an RMA# here or email us at with your order number.

    2. Once your return request is received, a pre-paid return label will be sent to your email.

    3. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible and include the RMA slip in the box.

    4. Attach the pre-paid return label on top of the package and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.

    When will my credit card be refunded?

    Once your package has been received, your refund/credit will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

    The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they receive the information from us.

    What is your price protection policy?

    We are happy to process a price adjustment for you if we reduce the price of any merchandise (in the same color and size) that you have ordered from us within 14 days from the date that you placed your order. Contact our customer service to request a price adjustment:


    What is the international shipping policy?

    We have partnered with a third party to service for our international customers.

    Checkout by clicking the "Outside the U.S.?" button or at checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you click the button or select your country and attempt to checkout, you will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

    Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

    What are your shipping fees?

    FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100 and applies to Ground Shipping orders only. If you choose 2 Day or Overnight Shipping, regular charges will apply.

    To participate, simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and Free Ground Shipping will automatically be applied. You must select the "Ground Shipping" option to receive the free shipping option.

    Saturday Shipment: Orders will arrive on Saturday if placed between 12:01PM PST Thursday and 12PM PST Friday. If you choose Saturday delivery, a $50 flat rate will be charged for all orders. Saturday delivery options are not available for international orders.

    What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information and a link to where you can track it online. To track your order from this page, click here.

    How do I know that my order has been shipped?

    When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

    When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

    We operate Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm (PST). Orders are typically shipped out within 24-48 hours of the time they are placed. Some orders may require further verification in order to begin processing, which may result in a delayed shipment.

    If your order is placed before 12:00 pm PST, your order will ship the same day. For orders received after 12:00 pm PST, your order may ship the following business day. However we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible!

    Note that the delivery option you have chosen determines when you will receive your order. If you opted for 2 Day Shipping, you will receive your package two days after it ships. If you opted for Overnight Shipping, you will receive your package the next day.

    What countries do you ship to?

    ABS ships anywhere in the United States and internationally.

    Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

    For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


    If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

    Yes, but if you would still like us to remove the form with the price from the package we are happy to do so. Please contact

    Do you offer Gift Certificates?

    Yes, we do! Share the love by getting a Gift Certificate here. It can only be redeemed online. Please note that stores do not accept online Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cash value.

    Why should I become a registered user?

    Multiple reasons. (1) You won't have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. (2) Registering makes gift giving simple. Your family and friends' information can be saved in your Address Book, so you avoid typing in their information each time you send a gift.     How do I change or cancel an order?

    If for any reason you would to like to change you order, please email as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

    Will my credit card be charged immediately?

    No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we will give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been shipped and that your credit card has been charged.

    What are my payment options?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

    Are purchases on this website really tax-free?

    We collect sales tax only in states where we have a physical presence. Currently, sales tax only applies to California, Georgia, New York and Texas.

    Is ordering over the Internet secure?

    Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from your ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that our data to and from these sources can be valid.
